J. Frank Callaghan has served as President & CEO of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. since February 1991. As President and CEO of Barkerville Gold Mines, Mr. Callaghan has focused on developing the Cariboo Gold Project near Wells, BC, from 1994 till present. Under the direction of Mr. Callaghan, the company has been able to amass a large contiguous land position 65 km in length, which includes seven former producing mines in the Cariboo Gold Belt (117,691 ha). In 2000, Mr. Callaghan was credited with the discovery of a new style of gold mineralization in the camp, in a rock formation that was not previously recognized as gold bearing. The Bonanza Ledge discovery became one of BC's newest permitted open pit mines in 2011. In total, Mr. Callaghan has delineated three gold deposits on the company's property, namely the Gold Quartz, BC Vein and Bonanza Ledge. Mr. Callaghan was able to acquire and place into production the QR Mine and Mill as well as arrange for the purchase of the Goldstream Mill. He also serves as President and Director of several public and private companies in the mining sector in the Yukon and B.C.

Mr. Shirvani holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology from Shiraz University in Iran. He is specialist in Geographic Information System (GIS) and Resource Modeling as applied to Mining and Mineral Resource Exploration industries. He has worked in Vancouver's resource and exploration industry since 1997 and is president of Terracad Geosciences Services Ltd. He is on the board of several Junior Mining Exploration Companies and has been a board member of Barkerville Gold Mines since 2005. He is in the process of becoming a member of Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC).

Andrew H. Rees was elected to the board of directors of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. in August, 2006, and has been a consultant with the company since March, 1998. Mr. Rees sits on the board of directors of several public companies in the mining and oil & gas sectors. Mr. Rees has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia.

Mr. McMillan has extensive experience in corporate finance M&A, and capital markets. He was an officer and director of a national securities firm until 2000. He holds board positions on several publicly traded mining and oil & gas companies and is an advisor to various venture capital companies.

Mr. Dhanani has been the CFO of the Company since 2008. He brings with him more than 20 years of accounting and financial experience obtained both locally and internationally, including several other publically listed resource companies. Mr. Dhanani has several years of senior administrative experience including the position as managing director of the Workstation Ltd., a business support services firm located in Tanzania. Prior to his appointment to the Board, Mr. Dhanani has acted in the capacity of controller for the Resource Group of Companies since December 2007.
